Once your order ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. You can also:
Search your inbox for “Kane Footwear” and “Your order is on the way.”
Check your Kane account (if you created one at checkout).
Tracking statuses
Label created: We generated your label; your box is queued for carrier pickup.
In transit: Your KANEs are moving through the network.
Out for delivery: Expect delivery today.
Delivered: Check your front door, side door, mailbox area, parcel locker, and with neighbors.
Didn’t get a tracking email?
Check spam/junk. If it’s not there after the normal processing time, contact us.
