Returns & Exchanges for Items Bought at EventsUpdated a month ago

All items purchased at KANE events (pop-ups, expos, in-person sales) are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for event purchases.

Damaged/defective items
If your event purchase has a manufacturing defect or was damaged, contact us with:

  • Event name/location and purchase date

  • Photos of the issue (close-ups + full shoe/box)

Our team will evaluate and advise on next steps (e.g., replacement for confirmed defects, as per warranty assessment).
