How to check out with TrueMed

3. Complete the 60-second medical intake (typical qualifying reasons include plantar-fascia pain, Achilles tightness, post-run swelling).

4. If approved, TrueMed instantly emails you a Letter of Medical Necessity plus instructions:

   • If you have an HSA/FSA debit card – pay for the order directly.

   • If you pay with a personal card – submit the receipt and letter to your plan for reimbursement.
